Boomerang Artists
Ok, so I've just realized I like Gorillaz a HELL of a lot more than I used to. Call me out of the loop, but I was under the impression that Clint Eastwood was a totally different, not awesome song. And I didn't even know they did 19/2000 (which is now one of my favorite songs). This also has happened to me with Daft Punk and the Police: I heard one song, said "eh, it's an ok band I guess," and then found out months later that they're responsible for dozens of amazing tunes I hadn't attributed to them before. Has that ever happened to you, and with what bands?

Happened to me with Cake.
Although I never thought Cake was eh okay, I just didn't realize they were responsible for Italian Leather Sofa (Mission Hill theme song), Going the Distance, Short skirt long jacket, etc. |
