Rifts
Does anyone play rifts? I run a game with my friends every so often, but I've never seen anyone else talk about it.

My friends and I used to play Rifts all the time... unfortunately the one with all the books ended up moving away.

Meh. I used to play, but, while I liked the world, I've come to loathe it's actual rule system - not to mention the incredibly unbalanced nature of, well, pretty much everything about it.
Best of luck with that all the same. |

I love playing rifts more than anything. Whenever a Rifts game is announced I go out of my way to think up the most ridiculous concept and then see if I can make it. Next time one comes around I'm making a dragon from Bubble Bobble.
speaking of which, does anyone know off hand which book has the bubble shaman in it? I can't remember and I'm pretty sure I don't have whatever book it's in. |

yup
Unbalanced is right. Palladium is not for those who seek equal op. Of course, I must say I liked the "New West" book they came out with. No one has really done a paper and pen style Western RPG. Of course, I read the book after watching the movie Tombstone so maybe I was a little biased. And now that I think about it.......
