Concerns of WoW: BC for a Non-player
Well, I can't play WoW but I know quite a bit about the community. My main fear is that Blood Elf Paladins will be as overpopulated as Night Elf Hunters...any comments, discussions? (Sorry if this is considered spam)

Eh, apparently there were large numbers of Blood Elf Paladins on my server but I was busy doing the quests and not really paying attention to the other people. Later in the night, rogues were the prime choice though. And when I first logged in they were all mages. Really, the starting area was so crowded it was hard not to see multiples of one class. I'm guessing people just saw a few of whatever in a row and assumed we were all picking that class.
EDIT: And I actually got to name my blood elf what I wanted: Narcissist. |

I'm starting to think we need a conglomerated thread for all things WoW at this point, as this is the third in a very short span of time. But that's neither here nor there.
There was a huge flood of BE pallies right out the gate on my server (I was among the first of them, in fact), but it's already begun to taper off. Mages and rogues are quickly becoming more populous, in fact. I do actually plan to continue leveling up my paladin, as I've enjoyed playing the class but couldn't stand running around with alliance players before. I do, in the end, believe that the horde paladin population will never reach the volume of the alliance's paladins.

As an Alliance pally I assert that the Horde "paladins" are pretenders to the throne.

BC droppes a lot of what it promised, I mean, come on, no Spellbreakers!? Waht the hell. I play on a "place that allows me to save my financials for other things" shall we say, and as such, the BC content wont be up fror a while, but considering I play like 4 hours a week, if that, I could care less.

I would not worry about the Belf pallys.
As for me, I can't even get my hands on a copy of BC because all the stores are closed because it's FUCKING snowing in south Texas. On all the days it could have snowed it had to be on the release of BC.

BTW, a guy in the game store said that the BE's suck because the get a two-second silence when they use AOE and something else which I do not remember. Is this true, as I have hoped to use a magic-oriented race for a while?
