Chrome Browser issues - The Warring States of NPF

Namely, some of the forums I visit are having issues with Chrome, where I can view them but they are not in sync. I can see wikipedia, for example, but it doesn't look as fresh and clean as it does on other browsers (firefox) I don't think I've done anything differently recently and Chrome updates by itself.
