Networking 2: The networkening!
So, here's the deal, gents, and gals. I'm trying to get my girlfriends win7 machine to jive with mine on our homegroup.
Our setting are identical, as shown here: Now, she can download, and upload files FROM my computer to hers I CANNOT upload/download, share anything from hers, despite her libraries having been placed within the homegroup I get this when I try to access a library on her computer: Any idea's? I'm wracking my brain trying to figure out which setting I have forgotten somewhere, but I'm coming up blank. I almost wish I could resest ALL homegroup/network sharing options so I could start from scratch. It's not imperative I get this to work, it would just be nice. Thanks guys!

Google from here should be all you need if you're somehow lost.
Check to see if the folder permissions on her computer allow for guests to browse the shared folder. Even when you set up a folder to be shared, if the permissions of the folder aren't set up it will give that message.

hmm.... something was mentioned about guest access in an article I tried to read but was so poorly written I had no clue what the F it was referring to.
Good place to start now! Rep for you!

you either need to allow access to guest users on the file system or make her an account that you either put her into a user group that has access or give her account direct access. Properties > Security
