saving and converting flash videos
This is quite annoying.
You see, i got used to having Firefox, where with just 2 clicks i could have any [flash site] video i wanted right in my PC, then later on i could just convert it with Format Factory. But now, i changed to Chrome and i can't find anything that is as easy or comfortable as what i had on Firefox... now i takes me multiple clicks and links and options and menus to get there, and it's pretty annoying... i got spoiled =3 So, anybody knows any other better ways to do it? I had an extension or something that put a download button on the Youtube page, but I need to refind it.

hence the thread edits
Technically, ripping video off YouTube is against their terms of service and potentially dips into content we prohibit. Don't post that.
Discussing tools to convert and save streaming Flash in general terms is OK, I'd wager. Enjoy this loophole.

As for the converter: Any Video Converter will do the trick. It isn't the fastest but it gets the job done.

FLV's themselves are actually nicely compressed, so I find myself often not bothering converting them at all, if you've got the codecs to play them naturally. Furthermore, Youtube and others are now simply streaming MP4s, which you really don't need to convert anyway these days, even for portables.

Just a couple tips from a fellow ex-Firefox-er
The official chrome addons page can be kinda limited at times, you should try www.chromeextensions.org for any addons you might want that aren't on the official page.
Also, since you're using Chrome, you might want to try Chrome Plus. Also, remember to enable syncing with your gmail account. That way (IIRC) anything you have in one sync'ed browser, you'll get in another browser where you sync. (addons, the theme you're using, bookmarks and other things I don't remember right now).
