Interist in White Wolf based rpg
ive never done this, but the one i have planned will take a bit to write so i dont want to put it all unless there is interest.
So is the interest in a rpg based in the world of darkness in detail the vampire aspect. Also it would be best, no you need to know the diffrent clans and there abilitys. sorry noobs, you need to be a pen and paper or a larper. This will be a detailed game, where you are part of a new "faction". So does anyone want to do this. if yes i will put it up in all its detailed glory, if not i wont wast the time typing |

Hmmm, there are werewolfs in the order, but im not sure. If there is enogh interest you will see the set up and you can decide wether or not you want to use a werewolf. it also depends on what trib. yeah, if you understood that

it seems everyone want to be something other then vampire. It is an interesting story arc, but since people seem fixated on the other people i may just remake one using the other being instead of my idea.
What was going up had deamons, werewolfs, mage, mummies and the others but only vampires could be played |

Got me interested.
I'm pretty familiar with WoD (especially the vampire aspect) since I used to play the pen-and-paper RP regularly. Also have WoD, Vamp The Masquerade, and Vamp The Requiem books handy if anything is needed from them. I'm willing to play a vampire or werewolf (preferably vampire) depending on where this plan goes. And are we talking The Masquerade or Requiem set?

Origanol. I dont have or played any of the new ones yet. So it is Masquerade based. I have run campaing in the pen and paper game and this is actually one of them modified.
Also, how is the new one? i heard mixed reviews |

Sounds good, I'm still learning the ropes of Requiem.
I can see why there's mixed oppinions about it, but all in all, I think it's a little better. The one thing I'm really not fond of is the fact that there's only 5 clans, some new, some carried over. Gangriel, Nosferatu and Tremere are the 3 from VTM that made it into Requiem. There is, however a way for your vampire to have a heritage tied to one of the VTM clans, so you can still get a small fix from your old favorite. The system hasn't changed much at all, just a few tweaks for efficiency (like a defense and speed stat). Also, instead of generation, vampires have a certain level of blood potency that governs blood usage and becomes more difficult to maintain as you become more powerful (ie you MUST feed at a certain quality of blood every so often or go down in this aspect). As for the setting, it's still in the WoD that we're all familiar with, but instead of a simple Camarilla/Sabbat split there's now various factions, each with their own views on unlife. That's about the best I can sum it up to this point. I'm sure there's quite a bit more new stuff (including disciplines to go with the new clans) but I haven't gotten there yet.

I'm interested.
I play Changeling mostly, but I have played Mage, Werewolf, Demon and Vampire. I've recently started playing Vampire the Masquerade, but I have Requiem, also. |

this one will be in VTM. and i will put up the sheet. it is a lot to read but the info is usefull and if you want i can give more backstory. This is the first time i have ported to this setting, but i am an expirenced player and game master for it. I have run long mage vampire and hunter games. and short demon and mummy and have played in all of them and werewolf. i have used though every one in my games so you will see more of the other beings then you often do. so even though you will be vampires you will see all of the WoD things.
