BESM D20 anime style rp interest thread

This is a thread to see if there is any interest in a RP using the BESM (Big Eyes Small mouth) D20 roleplaying system. It will be a unique story in an anime inspired environment, currently being Run by myself and possibly Funka Genocide. I don't have too many plot details yet, but it will be modern times with additional technology available from alien races (i.e. the Tenchi Muyo kind of thing). Beyond that I can't tell you much more, beyond examples of the character classes. Please note this is not a sign up, with the actual sign up, and neccessary stats/rules, being posted if I get enough interest.

Adventurer: Treasure hunters, thieves etc. Frail and not remarkable at combat, but the most diverse class for customization.

Dynamic Sorcerer: kinda self explanitory

Giant robot: not neccessarily that big, an intelligent machine.

Gun Bunny: shoot first, ask questions later. You carry an arsenal with you, and know how to use it.

Hot Rod: your car is your life. You can out drive anyone, and do it with style

Magical Girl/Guy: Basically Sailor Moon inspired

Martial Artist: Self explanitory

Mecha Pilot: self explanitory (I probably won't use this class, but it does exist, talk to me about if I should or not)

Ninja: do I need to say?

Pet Monster Trainer: Pokemon would be a good idea.

Samurai: don't make me explain this.

Sentai Member: Team players...kinda like Power Rangers from the description given

shapechanger: Do you read El Goonish Shive? The class for you.

Student: Go to school, study for the test, slay an ancient evil...

Tech Genius: They make machines. They fix machines. If you build it, they will come. And tear it apart. And put it back together. With parts to spare.

Any other information wanted, let me know.

Sounds interesting just a few questions:

Exactly how far are you going with the martial arts?

Would you consider perhasp an FMA style alchemist? (That last one is because I happen to like how they RP most of the time.)

In the case of the Alchemist he would probably be fairly skilled in some form of combat since that seems to be a preq. to being that kind of alchemist.

And I almost forgot to ask about the mecha pilot. How big is the Mech? And since its a stat system, do i get stats on my pilot and my mech?

I like the basis, it cool, but when u say small mouth big eyes wut exactly do u mean? And do u think u could add a blacksmith type guy or maybe a weapon enchanter,or are those included with the techie type and magical/dynamic Sorcerer characters?

Dang, I wanted to be the student for the same ironic predestination as you, Dante. If I can't be the student, I'll prolly go with the pet monster trainer or the giant robot. Anyway, I'm interested.

If anyone wnted to join Us, We'd go for a Sentai Member but they don't sound like an individual thing. If no one wants to go near Us, then the Samurai is Ours, although We guess he'd be outclassed by all the giant mechs and magical powers.

Sounds interesting. I'd like the Samurai class and would join you MLA. I like the whole swords thing and fighting and the styles of fighting they use. You look like a good comrade to fight along.

I would probably go for the theiving bastard type. Think you can make a class just for that? Or must I try to turn an adventurer into that?
