Help me figure out what song I heard

So like, I heard this song on a classic rock station today, and I liked it, but I can only remember one line from it, and it's driving me crazy because it's a common lyric, so I can't friggin google it.

Basically, the song starts with the singer (a woman with an awesome voice) coaxing the listener to turn the volume up, and she's like "C'mon, turn it up. Come ooooon" in a kinda sexy pouty voice. The song itself has a lot of screaming.

That is all I know. Anyone got an idea of who the artist is/what the song is called?
