Rolling back a browser
So internet explorer updated on me and I've been having alot of issues. Full screen videos dont hide the task bar, sites are less stable, ect. Is there a way to get it back to the older version and keep it from updating again?
And please I'm not here to argue my browser choice. That particular version of IE worked better for certain sites for me than firefox so I used it for them.

I don't know if people who know what they're doing need this information, but it would help me find relevant articles if I knew what version IE upgraded to, what version you want to run, and what version of Windows you're running. I'm too out of the loop to make a guess.

Windows 7, not sure which version of IE it is. I didn't intentionally update it I just booted up and it was different

You're still making me guess, but if you're on IE 10 and you want to go back to IE 9, here's what google gives. Further googling leads me to believe this will work if you've gone to IE 11 as well.
Hope this works and I'm not just telling you to do what you've already tried.
