"The People's Heros" RP: A Rough Start

A small group of people were in Hyrule�s Castle Town preaching the downfall of the evil Hyrulian Capitalist Monarchy. It was a rather rag-tag looking group, but most of them had some form of red on. There was a tall hylian, around seven feet, with broad shoulders, a plain face, red armor and silvery hair with red tips. Next to him was a hylian in mostly black, around six feet tall, with a medium build. On his other side, was a hylian around five foot ten inches, with a narrow frame, short cropped green hair, and a dazzling smile. A fourth hylian, standing toward the rear of this group, was of negotiable height, with a salt-n-pepper beard, a medium build, heavily clothed in red, and a bow and quiver filled with arrows slung on his back. This man was also the oldest looking person in the group, looking to be around forty-five summers.
A large crowd was gathering around them, listening to them, while giving valid reasons against the group�s idealistic speech. After all, hadn�t the Royal Family brought years of prosperity to the land of Hyrule and several surrounding civilizations? It was Ganondorf who was causing all of their problems. Soon, nearly everyone in town had gathered and the Captain of the Royal Guards took notice.

�Excuse me sirs, if you�d please follow us, there is something we need to talk about.�

One of the group�s members, Joseph Klydovich, the man in black, was wearing a black long coat, shirt and boots, dark green pants, with a pair of goggles on his head, and turned to the guard and gave him a cold glare. ��if you expect us to stop protesting your precious Capitalist Pig-Dog Monarchy, then you are sadly mistaken!� His face is young looking with brown eyes and clean shaven except for his goatee. His hair is brown as well.

�I�m sorry you feel that way sir, because that means you are hereby exiled from Hyrule Castle Town, for disturbing the peace, and preaching against the Royal Family�.how corrupt is a Monarchy that only exiles those that disturb the peace and preach lies against them? Guards, escort them out!�

The small group was quickly escorted out of Castle Town by thirty of the Royal Guards, and told never to return. They didn�t fight back, as these were Royal Guards, and as such, they were extremely skilled at the blade, so none of this group were willing to attack the ten guards that were escorting them out of Castle Town.

"that wasn't surprising" mumbled Gordon under his breath. He scratched his head absentmindedly, an automatic reaction to such an embaraasing scene. "I hope we at least made some progress in the minds of the people, although the pig-dog comment probably didn't help" He said a bit louder, but still to himself. He walked a ways down the road and kicked a rock into the river that flowed by the castle. " I really like that town too, they made great noodles at this one shop and..." he trailed off as he noticed the stern dispositions of his fellow conspirators.

Outside of town, the Royal Guard glared as it dropped the group roughly on the other side of the moat. Joseph stood and calmly turned, glaring back at them, but without a word he brushed himself off and said in his rough voice, "My comrades, it seems that these Capitalist Dogs do not wish to see the light now, nyet? But we shall show them that the future is not their stagnant Monarchy, crushing the people under the weight of the Elite, but a freedom giving Communism where everyone is free and equal. I believe it is time we take our leave." Jospeh then calmly began to walk down the path away from the castle, not botheirng to look back.

Dmitri Ivanovich, known as the Red Knight for his military exploits, gave an angry glare back towards the gates as they shut behind him. He, too, had been a Royal Guard once, and he could have still taken any of them singly.........he had only left after realizing the depth of corruption inherent in the reign of Princess Zelda, and the Monarchy put in place by her and her Imperialist ancestors........"'how corrupt is a monarchy that only exiles....' Bah! Shouldn't we have the right to express our views, comrades?" he turned to Joseph Klydovich, knowing that the clever alchemist would agree with him. "I will miss that town, though I fear sometimes the trees with the most rotten hearts have fair bark on the outsides, and so it may be with that place...." the Red Knight shook his head, seeming saddened by the loss of such a fair place to the Capitalist pig-dogs.

Jospeh nodded, "It is an ironic hypocrisy that the people spoke of their wonderful reign under their leaders, yet to be truley free, do you not need freedom for those who do not agree with your views as well? Ahh, tis the way of life. They will see the truth of our revolution one day soon though."

"aye.........soon enough" Dmitri's eyes narrowed slightly as he watched the path ahead. They would see, and soon....."should we perhaps find some horses, comrades? We do have a long road ahead of us......."

"Freedom is a fictional construct, people can't live without society, and society can't function without rules, at least thats the way I feel about it." Gordon said in as astute a voice as he could muster. Suddenly his head looked up from the dirt he was staring into. "I'm hungry, where can we get something to eat? maybe if we ask them nicely they'll let us stay for lunch!" he said merrily, thinking afterwards that maybe his choice of topics was a little insensitive.

"Heh, I doubt that. I think our best bet would be Lon-Lon Ranch. It is very close, and I believe they may a bit more sympathetic to our cause, being of the working class and all instead of these bourguise [sic] pigs." Jospeh said to the others.

"Members of the proletariet should gladly donate food and horses, unless their eyes have been too clouded by the propaganda of the Monarchy" Dmitri spat in the dirt at the mention of the monarchy. "In that case, we must act for them....they will thank us for it later. And I shall make those bastards pay for enslaving our people in such a manner......." he stopped suddenly, thinking of something...."I wonder, was Zelda born evil? Or was it simply indoctrinated into her until it became an irremoveable part of her personality?"

in a very serious tone Gordon states"I think this plan of action is the best course, horses are necessary for travel and there is probably something to eat there" He stands up from his previously kneeling position and stares determinedly into the distance. (probably the wrong direction but its very dramatic none the less)
