Puni Puni Poemi
It's a pretty funny series, made by the Excel Saga crew. While it's good for laughs at first, all of the incredible randomness starts to get on your nerves. Anybody else seen it?

I am amused when people get annoyed by mindless entertainment.
I believe they went into this project with the intent to continue what they had started in Excel Saga, only they attempted to kick it up a notch or two. Good times.

Oh, man...I think I'd be one of those who got a little annoyed, but it wasn't necessarily by the mindlessness of the entertainment. I didn't see Puni Puni Poemi as kicked up any notches from Excel Saga. At least, not in anything that I liked about Excel Saga itself. It felt like all they did was add breast jokes and fanservice (which must have been REALLY tasteless for me to dislike it).
Of course, I went in expecting a lot more Nabeshin, and although there couldn't have been enough to satisfy me even if the whole thing had been focused on him (Nabeshin's adventures making toast, Nabeshin's adventures ironing clothes, Nabeshin's adventures doing something cool for a change instead of all these menial household chores that he seems to do in Rhianwen's strangely mundane little mind), I really didn't think he'd "die" in the first fifteen minutes. Although, the little robot dog on the tiny cross did save the series for me. And Poemi's best friend was absolutely adorable. All in all, I'm glad I saw it, but I don't think I'll bother buying it. Just my opinion.

very annoying show. i liked the beginning of the second episode though when all the guys were screaming out vegtables and stuff, but besides that i didn't like it at all.

Kobayashi!Kobayashi!Kobayashi!Kobayashi!Kobayashi! Kobayashi!
The English version was far more annoying. Too much Unigenarian nakedness for my taste..... ///

I thought it was pretty funny.
Although i would say it's on a level just below the last epsiode of Excel Saga. We shall never see Puni Puni Poemi on television.
