Jump to newest post icon not working

Just an observance, in threads I have already read the entire thing, only about one out of ten times the jump to newest post button is working. Most of the time in a multi-post thread (not that there are many yet) it puts me in the middle of the first thread...

ANYWHO! Just a heads up

Maybe its a cookies thing? Oh well, not working for me, but I can live without it.
