Lets you and him FIGHT
This board just needs one of these threads. the rules are simple: i name two characters, explain why the match up is a good one, then you all get to argue about who would win the fight and why. once the current fight is resolved, then you can post yours and we will go from there. here we go:
James Bond vs. Batman: Both are at the pinacle of human ability, both come equiped with all the gadgets and gear they could ever need, and both are highly adept at overcoming redicules odds. Bats has the edge on brain power, but Bond is completely unfettered by any kind of morality, and has the support of an entire nation's resources. |

Bond uses a lot of heavy artillery, Batman would have to be on his toes, but I think the Bat would triumph in the end, particularily if he said the following at a crucial moment: Hey Bond, your hair's messed up!

Hmm...I usually favor batman in most situations, but Goldeneye + Sean Connery > spandex.

I hadn't considered the Connery factor. Those eyebrows can defeat most opponents singlehandedly (or singlebrowdedly as the case may be) and I'm pretty sure Mr. Connery was the inspiration for Heihachi Mishima who is the most ass-kickingest guy ever.
 Meh, I'm still giving it to Batman; he's friggin' Batman! Only Lincoln can beat Batman. And only Febreze can beat Lincoln. I read that...somewhere.

Batman wins. Why? It's.....what he does. Supes flies, Flash runs fast, Bond seduces women, and Batman wins. Batman has better gadgets than Bond, better fighting skills, a distracting sidekick, and detective skills. Bond has some gadgets, the eyebrows, and a rampaging libido. Sorry, but Batman's got the edge in this fight.
