Help converting video files

I'm trying to upload a video, but apparently the site only accepts .mov files. Sadly, I've got an .mpg. Is there an easy way to convert it?

Format Factory is what I've used in the past. Free, intuitive interface, and works very well 95% of the time.

AVC (Any Video Converter) has been very reliable for me. It ain't the fastest but it has always finished the job.

This. Right here. you can't beat a freeware that transforms everything into everything else and that is smooth as butter.

Format Factory, Media Player Classic and Irfanview 3 things you can live without but you should not.

Thanks guys! Looks like Format Factory doesn't do .mov files, according to the front page, but I'll look into AVC.
