Game hack discoveries.

I was just testing some goofiness in a Lands of Lore CD save and found several goodies.

First, don't like your character? I'll be happy to change all but the leader to any of Dawn (yes, Dawn!), Baccata, Paulson, Lora, or others as I may find them. Heck, I can even rename them to anything you want.

Second, the giant Vortex box scan scandal has a basis in fact. Vortex was included in the game files. It even takes MP. It does not, however, have a flashy animation, and I have yet to test whether it does damage. Other than that, I can give any other spell you could ask for, including two(!) different versions of Caustic Gas.

What game funkiness has anyone else discovered?

I found out you can do this in Vice City if you make a car really freakin' fast, heavy, and indestructible by collisions:
