Serious No BIOS options - Compal HL90

Until recently, I have not had the need to change much on my laptop. However, it's time for a reinstall. It has AHCI installed; so I need to disable that to get WinXP back on.
That's not the problem. I've found some great instructions on how to work with that.

What IS the problem is my BIOS menu. I need to change some stuff so I can work with the AHCI. However, aside from the time and date, I can change NOTHING in it. Literally. Aside from the date/time I'm given the standard Save/Quit/Restore default options.

I've called my vendor, but they said I need to contact the manufacturer. I contacted them but they say I need to speak to my vendor >_<.
Notebook is Compal HL90 Core?2 Performance Notebook, 15.4" WXGA/WSXGA+ TFT Glossy LCD, NVIDIA? GeForce? 9600M GT 512MB Graphics
Motherboard is apparently made by Pheonix, but the computer is of the make of Compal. My BIOS is version 1.04.

I'm not computer shy and don't mind messing with system stuff, but I'm not an expert in it by any means.
I'd appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction.

Pics or it didn;t happen:
