New RP, Undecided Type

I want to start an RP, but I cannot decide on what type of RP. I have three RPs in mind.

1) Another mutant RP. Genetic mutantions and/or big explosions (Or possibly a massive top secret human testing thing) make people mutants. Mostly free-form, players can make up villians and plots if needed, or PCs can be those villians and plots.

The cause of mutantions would be a mix of each. Some are genenic mutations, others can be from lab disasters (Some one trying to cure the mutants, lab explodes and sends a gas off the mutant stuff around), and secret organizations trying to learn the secrets of mutation to make themselves invincible.
PCs would all be in the same general location (Probably a city). As long as it is reasonable, makes some sense, and it can involve other PCs, players can make up stories and situations as they please (But I can halt any at any time if needed for ____ reason). I may appoint co-GM(s) to keep things in check if I am not online at the time.

Characters, preferably, would be mostly normal people who are given powers. X-Men and Static Shock type powers would be used. Strong things, but not over powered.

2) Megaman X RP. War torn world, group of Resistance members (The team X is on) do missions against the Rebellion (The people X kills). Mostly linear, most free-form part would be choice of mission, and how to go about the mission.

Since you would all be andriods, the PCs would never get stronger. No upgrading because if that technology was avaliable, there would be armies of super Reploids. The characters would all be Hunters sent on missions (Usually destroying the Rebellions next evil plot).
And how there are always robots and Reploids everywhere will be ignored, like they do it in the games. If Reploids could build Reploids, then the good guys would crush the Rebellion (Since they always have more Reploids). If humans built them, either there are thousands of them hidden on secret labs, or Reploids should eventually die out (The games have never indicated that happening).

Characters, as mentioned before, would be Hunters on the Resistance's side. No X, Zero, or Axl clones. Reploids usually have one central theme that their fighting is based off.

3) Ninja RP, Naruto style. Several sides (PCs either all on one side, or seperated if enough people and it's wanted). Go on missions and such.

The characters would either all be on the same team, or several groups of teams. If all one team, the characters would be sent on missions. The missions can vary from devilerying packages (While being attacked by ninjas) to escorting important people (While being attacked by ninjas). If several teams, the missions that get RPed (None RPed missions inbetween) would be large events, like ninjas being hired to make sure person X wins a race. Intermissions would be issued when needed.

Characters would be raised ninjas. Ninja techniques should have a central theme to them, instead of random abilities thrown together in one person.


So far SAAM and MLA want the Megaman X RP, so I'm leaning towards that (Since I want people to join).

Tchoice two or three. I'm actually leaning towards three, since i've already been in a MMX type rpg

My vote goes to ninja style Rp but if it doesent get voted in I'll join the Megaman one (assuming it's the one chosen of course).

I'm leaning to 3 because it has swords in it. but i woll probaly join if the one of the others is picked.
