Hey, AB, I think you read that wrong. The other school burnt down 3 days ago...not three years ago. Hence why there wasn't time to turn Southcliff into a well-protected location.

Actually I think that was a typo since in the first sentence of AB's post it says "3 days ago" but then when Pamelia is talking she says "3 years ago." So yeah, typo from the looks of it, heh.

Ah, my bad, then. I thought some of the language in the post seemed to suggest that you were under the impression it was years and not days.

...I wanted to post something, but, for some reason, all I could get was blanks. So, I just started typing something, and that criminally short post came out. I'm thoroughly disappointed in myself.

But, that's the best I could manage. Maybe I'll make a second post sometime that actually has something worth reading? Probably not, I usually have a hard time throwing a stand-alone post together.

Ok so I was about to make a post, when it struck me, some of us probably know each other, some of us don't. This gave me a problem; separating who my character would know, from those he might know, from those he knows of, but hasn't met yet because they're new on the scene. To help me, I made a list;

Known Protectors;

Duncan McCragge
Jared Greyhall }-- TB
Nathaniel Jackson

John Loftus - Wight (SECA, maths)

Richard Miles - Overcast (SECA, english)

Know of, but not met;

Abdul-Rahim - Bard (Warden, geography)

Lynn Arious - Teal (Society, Student)

Marcus Verreau - Arcanum (Astral Light, RE)

Possibly known;

Matthew Herald - Mauve (Holy Legion, Student)

Isamu Hikaru - Krylo (Akuma, Student)

Adam Morrey - Gorefiend (British SECA, teacher)

Isaac Tanase - Raptor (Warden, History)

Unsure of;

Damien Quarlel - Dante (Warden, not on site)

Rob Brinford - Lazy man (Warden, Student)

Not known;

Task - P9 (Society, student, hidden Protector)

Way I see it, everyone in SECA I should already know, same for all of TBs guys. The people classed as "know of but haven't met", are valid because, 1) Abdul already stated not knowing Don personally, but realising he's a Protector, so presumably he's simply new and Council apointed.

2)Lynn is Society, so Don should have got a memo about him, but probably hasn't worked with him before.

3) Marcus is newly appointed RE teacher, also presumably Council apointed.

The "possibly knowns" are there because;

1) Matt is from a Religious group whose influence I am unsure of. Is he Council approved? Also being only a student means less strings would have been pulled, so he could have been secreted in.

2) Same as above really for Isamu, not sure how open his guys are with the Council.

3) Adam's grouped here because he could go either way; being military means Don could have actually met and even fought alongside him, however, he could also just be newly appointed. Either way I probably know about this guy, just not sure how much I should know though.

4) Isaac's here because, yes, new teacher, but also a Warden, so I'm not sure how Council approved he is. Could have secretly worked his way in.

The "unsure ofs" are because they're both Wardens, and are not teachers, so both could be working secretly.

Task is, of course, the only oddball here.

Basically I'm just looking for some clarification on a few characters and their various organisations, essential; Are they known to SECA?

The Astral Light is pretty open to the other groups, and has regular communication with them thanks to the Elders. So members of S.E.C.A. and the Society would be aware that Marcus was assigned as a Protector. Same with most religious groups who've made their intentions clear about the preservation of the Chosen.
