Emulators are 100% legal if you own a PS1, the game, etc. and your computer can run it. Use a thing that takes screens of specific windows (Or the built in screenshot capabilities in the emu if there is one).

I'll think about it, if I can get a PS1 emulator to work, haven't had any luck with that in the past. And if an LP spot opens up. :p
