Apparently I'm not dead and Fenris is annoyed because of that. (it may also have something to do with not posting, I'm not sure.)
From what I can tell, Newb's roleclaim means that all the crap he has been making up is all based off either 1) His instincts. 2) Dead players. Which means that probably most of his shots can be laughed at and ignored. However that doesn't mean that RR is off the hook, I'm just saying that anyone else Newb and only Newb has about as much chance of being scum as anyone. Unless Newb has evidence that is not related to his fake role. Now with the votes accumulating on RR, I wouldn't vote for him on the chance of trying to figure out if Newb is scum or note. I would vote for him because his actions don't add up, he changes his mind too much to try to blend in and instead it seems to have backfired and thrown him into the spotlight. Then there is Zilla, who has apparently fallen off the face of this game. I checked around, and PB who was pushing at her for a lynch because Zilla is posting in a category just above lurker which indicates she is trying to keep low but not too low. Or did I misenterpret that? Whatever I would vote for her because she is in that posting category. Then we got Newb himself, which as much as I hate to admit, the only thing he seems guilty of is trying to use false claims to get people lynched. Which in retrospect is actually pretty damn bad. Vote: Newb Because seriously, you've been using false claims to try to get people lynched. |

October Raven, if you had a two shot investigative power, why would you not save it for endgame? My suspicion is that you have been culted, and that is why you will no longer be sharing anymore information with the town.
Wasoe looks to have just come out of the woodwork to defend Russian Reversal, and to push on Newb. In all honesty, I see Newb as telling at least part if not most of the truth about his role this time. He needs to do so in order to be able to push the lynch on Russian Reversal. The timing on Wasoe's support of Russian Reversal is way too convenient. Does anyone have the time to track down who his last couple posts have been supporting? EDIT: Inbred Chocobo, if these other people are acting suspiciously, and are happy to fly under the radar when the heat is off of them, why not put it back and see what there is to find?

I wouldn't agree with that assessment, Brock. I can see why you'd do that night 1, but after seeing around 8 deaths pumped out the first time, not including cult inductions, that's a high chance of instantly being killed. I would not save my powers up for end game unless I had a masoned bodyguard to guarantee a payoff.

One of them turned out to be scum (unconfirmable because of the nature of nightkills), and the other ended up giving me evidence contradictory to Newb's. Note that I did say I was an Inventor when I roleclaimed D3. I simply chose not to say how many shots at that time to keep scum guessing. D4 I decided to reveal I can't investigate anymore so as to explain why I couldn't test to see what happened to my action N3. I have other powers, mind you, but I'm keeping what powers under wraps for now. And no, before you ask, my role does not state I have to use these powers. In fact, it says specifically I don't have to use them every night. Honestly, if I were a cult leader culting me, I would have had me only posting right after the start of day like I've been doing. After all, why advertise it with a sudden change in pattern? Quote:

Just for the record, at the time I was defending Demetrius I didn't know what a roleclaim was.
But in any case, I'm not full out supporting RR. Not once have I said "Don't lynch RR, he's not scum." I am only pointing out that there is a more solid case against Newb than there is against RR. I went back to find the supposed "bandwagon" that RR jumped on too soon. The closest thing I could find, not taking Day 1 votes seriously, was where RR agreed with Zilla on why Dem should have been lynched. That's not enough to implicate RR in my book. But if it makes you happy, Another FoS: RR He's not implicated, but he certainly hasn't cleared his name. EDIT: Sorry, October. I found that when I was looking for RR's suspicious bandwagoning.

Wasoe, the issue is he was already voting someone for reasons he wasn't even clear on, and was entirely willing to just drop it and join in with Zilla.
"Why isn't that guy dead yet? Vote: Demetrius" <-- Zilla Immediately afterward RR dropped his vote and voted Demetrius as the third person of said voting train. And I want you to understand, Wasoe, this is IMPORTANT for context's sake... Demetrius was not, I repeat, NOT A REVEALED SERIAL KILLER UPON THE VOTE HOP. It was "Why is Demetrius alive?!" Just because his name is Demetrius. There was no solid reason to vote for him at the time. He just went "Screw it" and revealed himself many votes down the road when he was sick of people voting him for no reason other than who he was. Captain Combustible voting a serial killer? Fine. Anyone else voting the Serial Killer? Cool, sure, why not. Even B_Real can get with it, at least he was consistent on his reasons. Zilla's reason sucked, and RR supported that reason for no reason at all after she placed her vote. That's the issue. |

I'll admit to thinking like day 1 on day 2, but it did net us a serial killer kill, so it's a bittersweet victory, eh?
As to my "just above lurker status", check my posts in the entire forum. I don't have a whole lot of time on my hands when I have to work. I get home at 11 PM, and I have to get up for school the next day. I really shouldn't even be on here right now, considering it's 2:20 AM and I need to get up in four hours or so. I try to post at least once every day, and I spend about a half hour just catching up on this thread. Really, I only look like "just above lurker" because this game is huuuuge. Also, sometimes doing not-so-smart things ends up getting more info than doing the smart thing all the time, eh? I guess we'll see when we see RR's role (if he's the one lynched) if it was beneficial or not, but my folly could have lured out some scum looking for a quick bandwagon. Also, when people tell me Demetrius usually dies early, and he doesn't, I start getting suspicious.

I kinda caught up and stuff and for now I'll:
FoS: Newb The only two suspicious people I can see are Newb and RR, however if Newb's power is real and stuff, it may help the town. I want to give him another day to see what his investigation turns up. However, I am still slightly suspicious of him not sharing the information. I FoSed RR earlier, but now I don't remember why. Can someone summerize the argument against RR?

Oh and by the way, I'll be gone all weekend, so this may be my last post before the deadline. My vote stands on RR.

UNVOTE: RUSSIANREVERSAL, VOTE: NEWB
I was going to wait until tomorrow before voting for you, but since you've changed your story - again - I'm afraid I can't wait any more.
