No, I was fine with that. I was just going through all your posts today, and this was where it started.

Okay, this one was actually my bad. Looking back, I see I did put that October protected me. The idea later occurred to me - with Ryan's post - that it could have been a lie trying to lure out a real BG. Sorry about that.

4) I was actually surprised that anyone would consider voting anyone besides me. That and Ryander was the first to do anything suspicious today.

See, it's the defeatist attitude of "I'm gonna die no matter what I do" - coupled with voting for yourself, I might add - and the "Ryan must be scum, I'm 110% sure of it" which I have a hard time taking together. Mostly due to your wording. It's too aggressive to reconcile with your earlier statement, and gives off an weird vibe.

5) I am discrediting it, as it's not true.

Disregarding Newb's record with these sort of things, the fact remains that an unaltered townie listed all the people that he found suspicion with. It could be inaccurate due to the fact the source of some of his information came from a Mafia Don, but that Don died on night one. We have the testimony of a townie to work with, and that shouldn't be thrown away so easily.

6) I'm not saying wasoe is scum or that we should vote for him, but the fact that his vote for me is based on a list that he's on as well, I think chances are he's doing it out of self preservation, no matter what role he is. (Unfortunately for me, that's not what it came out as :gonk: )

I'd actually like to hear more from wasoe on his reasoning. I think I know why he voted the way he did, but I'd like confirmation on his motives. I don't think that the list was the deciding factor, though.

not nessicarily, since night deaths dont reveal alignment we might have gotten lucky and someone killed the recruiters

This might be a ticky-tacky suspicion, but anybody who makes a suggestion anything close to the cult not being dangerous or active without confirmation hits my radar pretty hard.

Well, I'm sort of confused myself by the matter, but I want there to be a lead for the town to go off of when I'm dead, so being aggressive even in death could be beneficial to the town's survival. Looking back at your posts, however, I've been forced to reconsider my suspicions of Ryander. At any rate, if I can get some scum to slip before monday, you would have somewhere to go besides "oh, I've got a feeling about so and so" or "that guy's a lurker." It feels weird, I know, but it could be beneficial.

Oh, and h4x, it's just a pain to type out because I have to stop and think about each part of it. But I'll manage.

I understand being optimistic, but I think you have to assume the worst in this game or else the thing you were being optimistic about will show up and bite you in the ass on endgame.

It's one thing to hope for the best to yourself, but to tell it to other people when everyone needs to be on their absolute guard over things like the Cults seems suspicious to me.

Like I said, I might just be overzealous about the Cult and you probably are just being positive, but still.
