Also, when where and how did Gamzee die on a quest bed? It's not likely to have happened during Jack's destruction of the planets. So it probably happened when nobody had an eye on him during Regisurp.

And this explains just why he was so fucking powerful. Why his attack did more damage than perhaps even Vriska's killing blow. Because he, too, was god-tiered. And nobody knew it.

Also worth noting: Gamzee has been hanging on to the bodies of all the trolls whose roles match that of the alpha kids, and the kernelsprite can still be prototyped after entering the medium. We may end up with Feferisprite for Jane, Nepetasprite or Eridansprite for Dirk, Nepetasprite or Equiusprite for Roxy, and Eridansprite or Tavrosprite for Jake.

Flip the sprites for Dirk and Roxy, and I'll find that quite the interesting prospect.

Role-matching or not, I cannot ignore how fitting it would be to give the cat-troll to Roxy, and the horse-troll to Dirk.

Eridan's perfect for Jake, though. Not just because they have the same Aspect, but because it'll be hilarious to add yet another suitor to Jake's entourage.

Yeah, it occurred to me that there were more options for nearly everyone based on titles. The only exception here is Jane, since the Maid of Time is absent from the big corpse party.

It also occurred to me that two trolls could be prototyped into a single kernelsprite, which would be terrible. Meaning odds are pretty high of us ending up with a Nepequiusprite.
