And for a while now I've kept getting these vibes that uu and UU are the result of all the trolls (including possibly the dead ones) shooting their stuff into a bucket.

The frog holds all iterations of the universe in it according to uu, so I guess no matter the timeline or the number of Scratches it goes through it will always die at the exact same time because that's when Noir killed it.
