Also, the description of the mother grub's larva-spawning process (genetic material getting combined into an 'incestous slurry'), am I the only one that got reminded of the paradox clone creation process?

And then when Eridan was talking about REDDER I was all, NO THAT IS JUST AS BAD IF NOT WORSE DON'T YOU SEE THIS IS PAINFUL FOR HER

And then I remembered I was yelling at fictional characters but I didn't see why that meant I should stop
