"Bone Bulge" has been used multiple times throughout Hivebent - i.e. way, way, way before the Kids even existed. It's not unreasonable to assume Dave's gotten into a habit for it. He's not the type to repeat his vernacular if he can avoid it.

He probably just got the codes from Terezi and Future John, and then alchemised them.

Probably asked them both for disguises and they sent him the CAPTCHA codes for the PYROPE GLASSES and MORON DISGUISE respectively.

I think the best part is how he's wearing the MORON DISGUISE over his shades.

That makes sense. Just noticed he seems to be wearing Bro's hat as well. Hopefully this means he'll be showing up again soon.

Alternatively, he could've got the hat's code from the past. There doesn't seem to be a limit on how far back the Timetables can take him.
