Jade being unhappy is disturbing. Granted, I can see why she's unhappy given the HORRIBLE SQUID NIGHTMARE being followed by a conversation with a guy who's been harassing her online her entire life, but still-- weird seeing Jade not acting chipper.

And this memo makes me feel sorry for poor Karkat. I never really did before now.

It seems as though that's partly because he's coming to the realization that current Jade is to future Jade what past Karkat is to current Karkat.
