Time to get back to the pages and pages of not-actually-expository chatlogs that move this motherfucker forward, tiny fraction of an inch by teeth-pullingly prolonged tiny fraction of an inch.

EDIT: My fondest dream is to have some studio option Homestuck as a movie, then have some scriptwriter condense the entire thing into like, two and a half hours that manages to be completely dramatically satisfying and hit all the important plot points, like Scott Pilgrim minus the unappealing lead actor and the weird shit at the end where you can tell they were going to change the ending but didn't.

I dunno, considering how straightforward and often predictable the bare plot really is, I find that the greater appeal for me is the character development and interaction. To condense it in such a way would be an undertaking of Shyamalanian proportions.
