You know, I've been thinking.
The fact that Vriska is revealing all this just means that the rest of the trolls are going to find out about her so called lockdown.
After all, if we take this as the death Karkat warned Dave about (since it was the focus in the images), then that means Karkat knows about it.
As well as the rest of the trolls.

Let's face it. Even though Vriska likes to talk a big game about her understanding and manipulation of time, she's still susceptible. She doesn't seem to understand to degree in which this is the case. From something as small as time shenanigans allowing John to discover her name, to the hints that Terezi manipulates her into putting Dave to sleep whenever she wants.

Vriska says that the whole session is under Serket lockdown. But how much is that actually true, and how much of that is just boasting from a position of ignorance of her place in the greater scheme of things?

I'm interested in how Terezi in particular would react once she inevitably finds out, since there's no way for her not to because, let's face it. Terezi.
My attention is engaged.


EDIT- And after I wrote that, I saw Andrew's formspring response about Vriska, which should be read.

It was interesting seeing Andrew say this:

And this doesn't mean we should take her at her word when she says she's behind "everything". That's obviously how she would view it of course. But to take that literally would be to underestimate the complexity of what's going on. There's a lot happening, and really she's just another cog, even if it's a major one.

Vriska was designed to be a good troll in the purest sense of the word. She gets people legitimately riled up. Both in the story, and even more importantly, outside it.
