Well she has displayed several instances over Pesterchum that she Knows Things She Shouldn't. Whether it's some weird sort of psychic power of hers, or she's actually part of the whole game's scheme, remains unknown.
Also, we got that one moment of looking at her before Wandering Vagrant got to show up. She looks like a hippie, in my opinion.

Not sister, but maybe her grandpa is. I believe she lives with her grandpa at least.
