Practically every character besides Vriska sure is somewhere between "totally great" and "not completely terrible"

Love her or hate her or love to hate her, her death is highly probable at this rate. Her being referenced as the weird bug pretty much foreshadows the fuck out of it.

I have a feeling that a number of trolls probably won't be surviving to the end. Nepeta has been developed in just the right way to where she isn't particularly important to the story but her death would elicit an emotional reaction from the reader. Equius already lost Aradia and has the whole thing about looking out for Nepeta, so if she goes down, it's likely he'd bite it at the same time. Gamzee's apparently in the midst of going off the deep end and really fucking things up and the amount of blood running down his face the last time we saw him doesn't look good for his continued survival. And we've pretty much been beaten over the head with "SOLLUX IS GONNA DIE" for a while now, though in all fairness he's already died a couple of times so that's debatable. And I could see Kanaya getting killed off just to mess with the Kanaya/Rose shippers. The list goes on...

Karkat and Terezi are really the only trolls I don't see being at risk of meeting a bad end.

I think Equius might survive if Nepeta dies, mostly BECAUSE Nepeta dies. Sollux is a mixed bag.

I definitely think Karkat and Terezi will survive, because there needs to be some payoff to their development. Tavros still has a ways to go as well, so I think he has a high survival chance.
