He might threaten them but they escape or he might just walk away. The only reason he came back was to recruit Feferi.

Although he might think twice before harming Kanaya, the Matriorb is way too important.

Looks like Nepeta is the one he's going to be paying a visit to next. Thing is, she's on a course to get let down hard by Karkat, and even Karkat thought Eridan probably had a good shot with her if she wasn't obsessing over him anymore.

No but I mean, Karkat and Kanaya aren't going to shrug and go "Whoops". They just saw a teammate knock out one and murder the other! They're going to either run away or try to fight him and what chance do they got of surviving a battle if Sollux couldn't?
Not that I have any idea what they're like in a fight besides "SICKLE" and "CHAINSAW" but I'm not sure if they can do better than OPTIC BLAST, you know?

Yeah, but what I mean is I don't think he gives enough of a shit about them to just kill them. In fact, he actually holds them both in high regard. They probably can't do shit to him, but at the same time he has no motivation to attack them the way he did with Sollux and Feferi.

I doubt he even views them as being enough of a threat to worry about, and they're not stupid enough to try to change his mind.

Yeah, I don't think either of them will be capable of taking Eridan right now, especially considering the very real possibility that their weapons and equipment are squirreled away in chests right now.
