Eridan killed as many Lusi as Vriska killed Trolls. All the Lusi we got to know were sapient (I think)

Also, how the heck did this comic turn into a slasher flick so fast?

I'm starting to wonder if Equius, Gamzee, and Nepeta are all AWOL because Eridan was practicing.

Small nitpick: Not all of the creatures Eridan killed were Lususes. A Lusus is specifically one of Alternia's creatures that has taken guardianship over a troll. The whale he killed may or may not have been one. Probably most of them were lusus though.

At any rate, THAT was all pretty well justified by "every member of our species will die screaming if you don't do this."

Crazy thought: Since we know Aradia can freeze someone in time (like she did with Bec Noir) what's to say she can't rewind someone in time?

Maybe she could, but "dies" would still sit at a specific point in their timeline, I think.

Isn't Gamzee supposed to make it to one of the computers in time to get his blood over it?

edit: using her boyfriend as a mind-weapon in order to kill her would probably get Vriska the point in the case of a tiebreaker, but again, killing his species' future out of sheer vindictiveness really takes the game here, I feel.

Maybe he just sucked at getting an instant death with his first or second attempt (I.E. Gamzee survives the wound long enough to die of blood loss instead of instantly from shock). That's why he decided to practice.

No, that wale was very definitely a lusus with a still-living troll:

"[...]And make a freshly orphaned troll somewhere pretty sad"

And killing lusi was pretty much his MO during his FLARP days. Vriska would feed the trolls to Spidermom, and he'd "reap the custodial spoils"
