The wiki has no canon authority, its almost all conjecture and fanon.
More to the point, Hussie has flat stated in the old formspring that Eridan is portrayed as being in the wrong and has more or less no remorse. |

That is likely for the best, arguing a completely wrong stance doesn't enamour one to other people (Excluding politics).
Getting back to the previous conversation, I love how "Vriska keeps John from getting his stupid goodguy self killed" is BAD VRISKA. HUGE BITCH. the same as "Vriska tells John his dad is dead/going to die and john is emotionally shattered/physically slaughtered" is BAD VRISKA. HUGE BITCH. I am not a fan of Fairy Princess PlotDevice MacGuffin, but give her a fucking break on this one, jesus.

Just to put in my two bits, and hopefully not too much fuel to a fire, I can understand someone relating to Eridan; especially if that person is a bit younger. My take on him is that Eridan is extremely focused on himself and the many issues plaguing him he sees around himself, which he feel impotent to do anything about. To add to this he seems to have such a high idea of himself that he feels it's beneath him to ask for help, yet he pines for it.
That's about as sensible as I can think to make him, and there are huge problems with it that have been covered to death so many pages ago. But the short of it is that Eridan isn't something to aspire to, the traits he shows are better used as a study of massive social flaws and how to avoid them. Don't want to read that? Fine, the moral of Eridan: Chill the fuck out, don't be a douche.

aside from where he obviously is in the current comic
Someone refresh my memory.
Sgrub and Sburb aren't in the same game, right? Did we already merge universes or is that still waiting to happen? I just want to be sure I have the right idea about Jack and where he actually is and where everyone else is / timelines. i.e. Aradia time-froze Jack but he's killed John's dad and Rose's mom. The latter is happening before the former, right? Or have I let myself become too apathetic and forget that the sessions are connected and it's happening after Aradia encountered him?

But the Troll session is sort of the past since the Trolls are using their current situation out of time to contact the future but it could also be the present because they are outside of time and could be pretty much anywhen they felt like it if they were inclined Also, time travel can suck a knob in Hell Basically, Tea-Party Jack is going to become Time-Freeze Jack in his personal future, irregardless of time shit

The sessions are still separate, and so far what we've seen are all separate universes in their own temporal spheres.
It's easier to think of it in terms of Noir's personal timeline. From his perspective, he's in the kids' session first, and then he's put through a Scratch into the trolls' session, where Aradia eventually freezes him and that's the last we see so far. In between there is a huge unknown blank where he somehow gets blood on his arm and is put through the Scratch, two events which we know will happen but have not seen.

like riding a bike, perhaps
OK, yes, it would probably have been more correct for me to write that from Jack's perspective, but you've confirmed for me that I have it right. Thank you; I wanted to make sure I hadn't accidentally glossed over something important. Lately I haven't been as motivated to keep track of those kinds of things what with my period of Homestuck-Hatin' going on post-Kanaya-death, but I'm getting back on the horse.

And we also know Jack with keep Cal up to when he has the bloodied hand, via dream cloud.
But that doesn't do much to explain who's blood that is. All we know is that he doesn't seem to have Cal when he enters the Troll's session but does have the bloodied hand, so is it another doomed Dave? Rufio? A poor Luck Dragon? Or perhaps Hussie himself? Only time will tell.
