Well, the only people we've ever seen flip their shit over the buckets are Karkat and Vriska, and they've demonstrated themselves enormous perverts through other means already.

It's entirely possible other trolls generally consider having one out impolite or crude but not particularly noteworthy otherwise. With the exception of Equius of course.

Karkat isn't flipping out because of the bucket. He's flipping out over the idea of hot Troll/Human makeout sessions. The other people probably haven't read the letter yet, since there was no dialogue about it and I doubt Karkat read it out loud.

Anyone else getting tired of really surprised background Rose?

So, she's flinging WV to the meteor where... what, the trolls can try to save him? I don't think any of them are particularly good at fixing wounds in ways that don't involve corpsesmooching.

I think it's more that PM thinks/knows that WV will be safe there, so that she won't feel bad about leaving him on that platform while she chases after Jack. Speaking of, if Jack and PM end up fighting in the Farthest Ring then they might end up fighting alongside their future and past selves as time and space start to behave erratically. Which will be interesting, to say the least.

Also, if Aradia can lock a target into a single moment of time, I wonder if she (or Dave) can rewind a target, essentially restoring WV to a point in his personal timeline where he didn't have a hole in his stomach. Like the Caledescratch, only with god tier powers instead of alchemization/time devices, and a living creature instead of a broken sword.
