Yeah, I had to pack up my lappy when I was talking to the R4D G1RL, so that musta screwed stuff up when I went into sleep mode and left the wireless network I was in.

So, yeah, reloading. Gonna have to open all them chests again and talk to all them ghosts again. Make sure I don't miss anything important for, like, event flags or somethin.

EDIT: Ok, am I missing something? I've talking with everyone I encountered... yet can't either be Dave, or go past that spire.

Rundown- There's a link to the walkaround's walkthrough; the walkaround is coded by the new Homestuck coder, since the old one quit (the reason Jane's walkaround was the way it was is because Hussie had no coder at that time. Now he no longer needs to worry about doing all that on his own again); the gameplay sections in the walkaround is coded in HTML5 instead of Flash, which is why some people might have browser problems with it.

There's a bridge heading straight down into the next room near Dave. The staircase is a dead end.

As far as I know, you can't be Dave. Unless you can do it by bringing Karkat with you...

Taking Karkat with you does not give you any new options with any of the conversations. All you can do is head for the door with his symbol on it.
