I really don't understand this viewpoint regarding Jake! And I think even approaching the idea that Jake is a less likable character than Caliborn requires an extremely rose-tinted set of glasses.

Like, Caliborn is pretty objectively awful on basically all fronts. He spends as much of his time as possible trying to bully other people into pleasing him or straight up telling everyone around him that they're pieces of shit compared to him.

Jake is just a bumbling teenager. He genuinely wants the best for others, but just doesn't realize what that means or where he's at on the Do Good Scale. He's not some awful shit from beyond the understanding of all human shits.

I dunno, I just see so many people talking about Jake like he's Satanspawn, and the idea that he's somehow less sympathetic or likable than a person who spent his most recent conversation talking about how great he is, how awful Jake is, and how especially awful he thinks the "human bitches" are on account of their being women... That just strikes me as extremely odd.

I just linked him the first page of Homestuck and told him the answer wasn't too far in. This is probably the most evil lie I have ever told.

The only response I have received from him in two days has been "FUCK YOU LIAR, BUT I HAVE COME TOO FAR NOW TO STOP NOW."

Partly because of the often random and obscure nature of his videos, partly due to having weird ass titles I imagine.

Although I set the WHERE MY DRAGONS AT? as my ringtone and now I can tell who has seen Game of Thrones when my phone rings.
