Only very indirectly, and only if he was also thinking about the reactions to Vriska waking John up, which is kind of a specific thing to assume.

Yes, that is what I meant.

He's saying "fuck you Nanna" for the same reasons people were saying "fuck you Vriska" (in that particular instance). He is, intentionally or not, putting Nanna on the same level as Vriska.

The two situations are very different though, Vriska didn't know what John was dreaming about and woke him up so he could go rescue Jade. NannaSprite knows that John is trying to rescue Jade, but is continuing to distract him regardless.

As Synk said, Sollux adapted Sgrub from the code in the frog temple.

I'm pretty sure it was actually Grandpa Harley who discovered the code in the Frog Temple on the island, and he then had Rose's Mother adapt the game from that.

I'm not concerned about the code, I'm thinking of the physical labs and stuff that make Homestuck work. Like, who's distributing the game disks and doing the marketing for the 'beta' in the kids' world? I guess you can assume the labs on Earth came from Veil meteors but I still wonder about the marketing thing.

Jade's grandpa likely has a lot of money. He probably established the company.

I think Hussie alluded to this on his formspring, but I'm not sure if its ever been outright stated.
