Well I'm sure she knows there were plenty of wrong answers she could give him that would come from her typically far superior cognitive function. Though I can bet that their whole existence hinges on John being a complete moron, because that is what a leader has to be. The only real answer she could give was that he can't, not prototype. Then let him do what he always does, act on his oddly lucky and simultaneously unlucky instincts.
