But yeah, it's not quite like that one episode of Dragon Ball Z, where a resurrected character would just die in space due to the planet's destruction. Space is actually quite comfy in Homestuck.

Yes, but presumably Earth and Alternia aren't? I mean I assumed that these parts of the Homestuck universes were implied to be more like the real world than the "Medium" stuff.

Topic shift edit:Funny how every time Karkat shows his colors it seems to prompt a heartfelt moment with whoever he's with. Well, it seems likely this time, and the last time was with Troll Jack Noir who cut his own hand in something approaching a primal ritual of communion and blood brotherhood.

I think everyone does now. I'm pretty sure I recall both Vriska and Equius having some dialogue that at least suggested it had become common knowledge.

Edit: But if it works, Kanaya will be revived elsewhere probably.

It was in Alterniabound. Play as Vriska and talk to Equius.
I think the idea is that it was the source of his self-loathing because he believed everyone would turn on him when they find out, and that even though they didn't turn on him when they found out, Karkat still holds on to that self-loathing and that's the real source of his problems, not his blood.
