I'm tempted to make Gamzee's face in this my avatar but I think we have enough people with Gamzee avatars already. Still if that face doesn't scream "psychopath" I don't know what does.

I figured Nepeta would be a bit less prone to shock what with all the creatures she has hunted before the game even started but no, she draws the line at crazy psycho, apparently.

Also, I now finally have a Homestuck avatar.

Gamzee just snatched her claws mid pounce and then scratched his own face with them to draw blood. I don't think there are any animals that do that while being hunted, but Alteria's really screwy so who knows.

Yes, but, again, she has fought a lot of things. I'd guess it takes a LOT to actually shock her in combat enough to stun her.

Edit: And "you just killed my moirail" rage should increase such shock resistance, too, I guess.

Even if she lost her nerve to fight, she could flee or something. At the very least she shouldn't be shocked into sitting stupidly on the ground.

Maybe the black "star" effect is supposed to represent some kind of psychic power being used. Altough I was under the impression tha the nobz weren't so much about psychic powers.

It's probably just what it seems to be; bullshit plot power.

I thought it was supposed to be some sort of "tunnel vision" effect to remind us that Homestuck is now a slasher story and Gamzee is a for-serious Jason Vorhees type stalking murderer.
