I did a lot of posting on here as a teenager, and I was pretty awful. Even after I learned, grew up, and came to be on the right side of a lot of important issues, I was still angry, abrasive, and generally increased the amount of hate in the world, in pretty unacceptable ways. On the off chance that someone is taking a trip down memory lane looking through those old threads, I wanted to devote my signature to say directly to you, I'm sorry. Nepeta: Instant Transmission from the After Life.
Well, this means all the deaths are basically meaningless. After life = outer ring bubbles. Outer ring is a place you can go to and from. Dead people can leave their bubbles if they realize they are bubbles.
Fef, Nepeta, Equius, etc. are all dead like Goku is dead.

But can they leave the Outer Ring once dead? Are they to stay in the bubbles/Outer ring, or is there some further afterlife to which Dead Dave is about to go?

Aradia said that memories were just where the entrance was, and once Dave knew it was a bubble what happened next was up to him.
That implies a greater freedom than just hopping from bubble to bubble. ALSO: Why would Aradia bother talking to Dave and explaining all this Dave couldn't interact with anything outside of the various dead people dream bubbles? AND: Dead dreamselves apparently aren't always in dream bubbles (see-Karkat's and Jade's Dreams), which suggests that it's entirely possible for a dead person to exit dream bubbles.

I don't recall seeing a Karkat dream at all, and from a quick glance through all of Jade's were in bubbles, so..
yeah, I don't see it. If it is just an implication, I'm not reading the same things as you are about it
