So he has a constant IP then or is there a way to ban a range. I know my IP tends to flip from time to time if my modem looses power or I shut it down. It's rather annoying sometimes.

I have plenty of panties of my own, thankyou. And not enough chocolate.

And as far as I am aware, his IP changed from what he was the other day, but this IP made him easier to ban. I'm sure he'll return - use a different computer or change his IP. It's a waste of time to be honest, though.
