Shiney - Asshole or shitface

Wow. I can't believe this thread is so sucessful. I can't believe shiney jasn't closed it yet. Patience, all questions will be answered.
1. I'm smart, I'm openly revelaing myself because i want to be banned, not cause i'm stupid.
2.When i first joined, i didn't read the rules, a stupid but pardonable offense i think for a noob, and i accidently double posted. (Egads!) Shiney took it quite hard, and told me off rather offensively
3. I didn't know that shiney was a mod at the time(u guys should list those like kryptonsite does) and so naturally i reported him as any dutiful forum member would, in doing this i got him even more ticked off
4. I voiced my opinion that the U.S. could potentially prosper under a benevolent dictator, i give Julius Caesar and Juvinal Habyarimana as examples, and shiney again told me off rudely for having an opinion
5. RaiRai started in on me once all this started, so i now had 2 mods after my blood after being a member for like a day.
I believe that I am in the right, and now just want to serve as amusement and to piss of shiney, i think i'm accomplisihing both.

P.S. I still like all you guys, you 2 krylo, hope i help u get more bans.

Just as a point of fact the Mods are listed at the bottom of the main page and have their names bolded. I myself thought that made things pretty clear. But purhasp there is a legitmate issue with the mods not being differentiated enough from the rest of us. I however have no idea how to make it much clearer aside putting mod somewhere in all there posts where a normal user couldn't have it.

Guy who keeps coming back -- we have several lists. There's one at the bottom of each forum, one on the "Forum Leaders" page, one in the main rules thread, and probably a few more easily noticeable that I don't remember. Regarding your little list, I sense some form of strawman. Is it a strawman if you exclusively present facts supporting your case, or do you have to truly distort them?

He seemed to think so. I mean, this is Otaku Son we're talking about. He revealed to me in an AIM conversation that he figured that there was a lot of sexual tension between the two of you, and he was thinking of capitalizing on it.
