LOONATICS! Brian was right! The human race is doomed!
So after watching Xiaolin Showdown (Closest thing to a real anime on free TV down here) on the local WB station, I saw an ad for the EXTREEEEEEEEEEEEME cartoon series Loonatics. All I can say is I hope the rest of you aren't going to be put through another lame mainstream cartoon series that is SURE to be a big hit.

Yes, I'd heard about this. AND blocked it out of my mind.
For all you people who haven't, here's a link. http://www.post-gazette.com/pg/05048/458932.stm

Can someone give me a link to that comic newspost where Brian compared a lack of sense for what's bad, and colorblindness?
"Now what did the grey light mean again?"

That was a good comic that day, too - 'cold fusion...' red mage, you so silly.
If Looney Tunes had STARTED as an super-powered group of anthropmorphic animals in an action-adventure continuity, instead of a comedic troupe of anthropomorphic animals in an odd pesudo continuity, we would be having a different disscussion - (mainly becuase 'Loonatics' would still suck and not exsist anymore for said reason, but thats besides the point) As it is, you're screwing up a franchise's base - 'Duck Doger's' is about as far as they can take the Sci-fi action, becuase its parody. Its funny. Thats what Looney Tunes is about. Not action. HUMOUR. If you want to do an action series, can we try for some element of origonality? Even the charecters are like some bad fan-fiction, to say nothing of the story lines 'Loonatics' will no doubt have which I also have horrible nightmares about.

Maybe it will be a parody. They could be trying to spoof stuff like Batman Beyond and X-Men...really subtly...*hope*

This is a sign of the coming of the end. Oh,and a sign that producers think everyone else is as stupid as themselves.
