Yes, and the mod did the exact same thing he was reprimanding Nikose for in the same post he was reprimanding Nikose for doing it. Fifth rightfully called him out on it. You told him to shut up. That's asinine.

This is not how you handle disputes with the moderator staff. If you've got a problem with a mod then PM Krylo so he can discuss it with us, PM me so I can look into it, whatever, but stop making bitch-out threads in public. That's asinine.

We'll look into this further because while this was a stupid move, it still bears further research and you do have a point.
