Watchers of the Stuff (online)

Okay, so I like me some internet reviewers. I especially like me some Spoony and ThatGuyWithTheGlasses. However I don't really have all that much time or opportunity to watch them. That means when I do, I really appreciate (relatively) swiftly loading movies, that aren't buggy as all get out. Recently, however, Spoony's site has been giving me a heckuva time. I don't know if it's the adds or what, but it sure seems like it. After trying for a few hours* to watch his commentary on his Highlander: The Source review, I gave up. I wrote the below quote for his site, but then I realized I wasn't signed up for his site, so I moved it here instead.

As I said, I don't fault the man for needing income - we all do. But I'm getting more and more frustrated when my seemingly smooth review-watching relaxation time is interrupted by... an add for granola bars (or a new laptop), followed by instantly skipping to the after-video "if you liked this, watch more by the same reviewer" screen, thereby expunging any lingering video that had already been loaded - causing me to have to start all over again. It might be on my end, I get that, but the last time I was on TGWTG (which I admit has been a while), it didn't happen to me. So anyway, all that to bring this up: anything online you enjoy (be it a video series, a review site, a forum, facebook, myspace, whatever) that's just been bugging you lately? Something that's supposed to be fun but has recently become kind of a chore to get to the fun? Post about it here! Let us know what's going on. And if you have a potential solution to one of the problems listed here: also let us know! I might be the only one, but maybe not.

This might need to be moved to tech support, but that's not the reason for this - mostly this is just to blow off some steam on something (online) you like but has been annoying you lately with something it's doing or how it's responding to you.

*Note: I didn't stay there watching it try to load the whole time. I'm a total nerd, but I'm not that much of a total nerd. I did other stuff near the computer while trying to get it to load.
