Erik Satie why do you haunt me so?
Perhaps you haven't heard of Erik Satie. He was actually a pretty ace music dude. His most famous song seems to be Gymnopedie no. 1. I say that not because I'm super educated on music, but I CAN'T FUCKING ESCAPE THIS SONG.
Me: Man I'm looking forward to the Haruhi movie. *watches trailer* FFFFFFF- time passes Me: Man, I'm going to play some Mother 3! *spoilerz happen* FFFFFF- time passes Me: How about some Killer7? *gets to union hotel* AAAAHHHHGODDAMMIT It's a fucking ace song, but good Christ is it everywhere. SAVE ME

Well if they sampled him for Mother 3 he must be a pretty cool guy. I certainly had no idea that was the song from that scene.

Oh, Gymnopedie no. 1 also plays during Kraehe's introductory scene in Princess Tutu, and a few others.
