Video Editing Software (and some fraps help)
Anyone know of any good ones? I want something that isn't too hard to learn as I am fairly new to it as a whole. I am ok with paying for it as I will probably use it for commercial use not too far down the road. Obviously would also like it if audio editing is in there too.
On a semi-related note. Short term I'm using it with fraps to edit game recordings but ran into two issues. First is the video is abit too dark, and sound is abit too low, despite both being at reasonable levels when I recorded. Any ideas on how to fix this besides cranking them up when recording? Which I want to avoid because not only would it make play less enjoyable, but worried about feedback when I use a mic

That's pretty strange. Whatever my Fraps captures is literally what I saw exactly but on video. Never had any video/audio problems unless I was trying to include my own voice on the recording. It hates that!
Sony Vegas gets a lot of video editting use, or Adobe Premier I believe? For simple stuff I just use the Windows 7 Movie Maker, if your job is as simple as cutting up video footage and so on. |

I have Sony Vegas, it's awesome and really easy to use. Great stuff, give it a try. Is Professional enough but very user-friendly.
