Weird problem with mouse for gaming

Ok, so, this is a weird one for me...

this happens way more clearly for me in Shooters, but it seems to happen in any game where i need to use two mouse buttons at the same time.

You know when in a shooter you hold the second mouse button for Iron Sights and then use the first mouse button to shoot down the sight?

Well, if i'm holding the second button and i press the first mouse button, usually one of two things happen

character gets out of Iron Sight view, and nothing happens

Character gets out of iron sight view and shoots.

Sometimes, with no specific area or way of pressing the button it will work. But only sometimes. And in overall this happened in multiple games. Battlefield 3, Spec Ops the Life, Warframe...

i THINK m Nephew bsuted my mouse... he pretty much broke my A key on the keyboard playing Minecraft (and jaded my N key too...) but maybe its something else. I mean, it's not a bad mouse, but its a generic one.


Anyone here had a similar case?! ever?!
